Stayed 2 nights when Scotland playing Belgium. Walking distance from the stadium, 10-15mins. You can see the Atomium from the hotel, 2 mins walk. Nearest metros, 5 mins walk. Nothing else in the area, which appears rundown and unsafe. There is a halfway-house a block along, with 'characters' hanging about outside. A bar next door to the hotel which seemed... More

Charming retro hotel on tram lines near Expo site. Large clean room. Friendly helpful staff. No soap, phone, sink plug, elevator, hangers, cups, water glasses. Comfy bed with plush pillows. Nice balcony (room 204) With big windows. Very basic but reasonable price. Tram to city centre at doorstep. Good shower. Pricey breakfast €10 - go down street for better vale... More

Booked thru budgetplaces.com, and it looked pretty good on their website. Photos misleading, didn't reflect reality. The room itself was adequate, as is possible to spend more in the UK for a similar room. It irritated me that on the websiite it indicated that breakfast was included, but in reality it wasn't. The room for 2 people came to 95... More

The reason for choosing this hotel was the proximity to the Atomium and the congress area. The website gives a much better impression of the hotel than reality. A 2-star hotel, not to expensive but still not worth the money. Check in was very confused and lengthy whilst the, very kind though, person at the front desk tried to find... More

What a dump. There is no restaurant or bar, And none in the vicinity. A dangerous hotel with a tiny fire escape that would not pass safety inspection in any country. not staying there. Would strongly suggest

My wife and I spent some time in Brussels in the summer of 2011. Basically, stay at this hotel for the night. The breakfast is included and filling. Highly recommended for autonomous clients and people on the go.

It was extremely noisy, as it is at the intersection of two tram lines. The plumbing was aweful- the pipes in my room made a very loud noise everytime the tap was turned on. The showerhead was broken, so water was going everywhere. Worst of all, there was never anyone at the reception to ask for questions, directions, etc.

This is an Aparthotel. You get a room that's a lot better than you'd normally expect from a 2 star hotel, with basic cooking facilities but almost no hotel services. If you want a bar, lounge and friendly staff, this isn't for you. If you are self sufficient and like to make your own tea and coffee, this is ideal.... More
