The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was just decent, bad coffee. The heating system, although very noisy, did not work at all and only cold air came out. The staff was rather indifferent, they said they could not do anything about. Overall, the hotel is not up to the price.

Very good location. Staff was nice. Room small but clean and in good shape. Internet in a lobby was fast. On the other hand - price was really high. For nearly 200EUR you get very good but standard accomodation wirh reasonable price at least 40% lower. Very expensive minibar items and no breakfast in the price.

Such a great hotel...the hotel is tiny but its well located. Staff is friendly and beds are very comfortable.

Didn't know it still existed: the single bed. Hostel style rooms with tiny bed, small bathroom and locked windows. Staff is the most impolite and incompetent. The small room was very warm and smelly. the hotel is small and you nearly pass it without noticing, the progress hotel in brussels. it is close to the northern trainstation (gare du nord). the lobby and the rooms are quite new and a modern style. i had an "executive room" which was medium sized, not too small, not too big. i guess regular rooms are quite small....
