Old hotel with new floors. Worn furniture and sanitary ware. Large windows, clean and bright room. AC did not work, open the window to ventilate it. Noisy room cleaning in the morning. Modest breakfast. Wi-Fi in the lobby, in-room signal is low and lost. Password given to ressepshen for 24 hours. Good location, near everything.

As others have mentioned, this hotel is by no means four stars. Air-conditioning doesn't work (and rooms were very hot, in April!), no wi-fi in room and many things in general seem out-dated. Location is perfect though, in the centre of Brussels.
