The room I stayed in was a single and it was quite small. But it had a bathroom, a shower and even a small balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful and were very nice. I think 5 euro is a little steep for wifi, but it was reliable and fast. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was the first night of our trip and although we arrived late the employee behind the desk was helpful as you could be, since he didn't speak much English. Free breakfast in the morning and everything was in good condition. The paint in the rooms are definitely different, but if you are just here to sleep, like we were,... More

Stayed for two nights on a quick trip to Brussels. Room was very small but clean. Bed was really comfy and bathroom almost as big as the bedroon. Breakfast was quite good. Location is good for walking into the city center and the price sure was right. It wasnt the lap of luxury but we weren't in the room except... More

We stayed here for two nights. Its simple and small. The rooms are tiny but the beds are comfy. The bathrooms were pretty miniscule. Clean, nice breakfast, a few blocks from the square. Nice budget hotel in Brussels.

I spent two nights with my sister in this hotel, from the 17th until the 19th January 2013. My overall impression is good: the room was not so big, but comfortable for two persons; the bathroom was small but functioning; the bed was more a queen-size bed rather than double, but it was ok for us; the breakfast buffet was... We spent 2 nights at the Queen Ann in Brussels. Hotel has perfect location - all attractions and all types of transportation are right there; walking distance (about 5 minutes) from the train station Brussels Noord. 1 minute to Metro stop. The breakfast was fine and free (due to the special offer of the Brussels Tourist Office) and the staff... More

We had a great stay at the Queen Anne. The staff was very helpful and the city square was a easy walk, where you can see some really nice old buildings and get great food to eat. The elevator was different for me. It had an actual door that you opened, closed and the the walls moved. I found it... More

The hotel is all right - functional and clean. My room, a single, is small but that's to be expected. The walls are a bit thin though, as I could hear my neighbor gargling his mouth in the morning. My negative review is for the service! I was at the reception desk at 2:30 and was told that my room... More

Maybe the price/quality ratio for such accommodation in Brussels is adequate but the presentation and the pictures on their website are leaving a much better impression than it actually is. Especially disliked the small size of the room and having the sink right next to the bed and the shower without a door just behind the corner in the same... More

Stayed here recently and it really is a lovely hotel. cheap price...not a huge difference between the price of a private double room in a hostel and a double room in this hotel. the room was very nice and comfortable, standard european size, very clean the the beds were a dream. two laptops for free use downstairs with internet. very...
