Very clean and quiet hotel. Although this hotel his located at 25 km from Brussels center city, its a pleasant place to have good food and elegant wellness place. Just a missing point...some trouble with warm water on the morning but after called the reception, everything was solved.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in January whilst on a business conference, also held there. The hotel were less than straightforward about the fact that, due the ongoing refurbishment, no restaurant was available - we were only told late on the Friday before we arrived on the Sunday - this was unacceptable. Breakfast was fine, lunch -... More

No restaurant currently - under refurbishment! Old mini bar in the room that's not plugged in and a lonely bottle of water staring back at me! Dissapointing.

We had a very nice short stay in this hotel for our honeymoon. Everything was very charming and relaxing. The suite was nice, not so extraordinary, but the surrounding and the atmosphere made our stay be very nice for a honeymoon. There was some mistakes in our booking but fortunately, the staff has been very kind and professional so everything... More

We were invited by friends to visist them in Belgium, we stayed here two nights in late June. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are very basic, they are clean with a decent bathroom, however, nothing fancy. The water pressure was good in the bathroom. There are no ammenities in the room, except a refrigerator with sparking & still water.... More

We were attending a conference at the hotel and stayed for two nights. The room was clean and tidy, the restaurant was first class, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of car parking space and free wi-fi connection. The hotel is quite expensive but it is first class. We did not get a chance... More

I join those who recommend that this hotel deserves some refurbishment, the room and some of the public places needs renovation. I found the staff very effective and also friendly, the service was good. The room definitely does NOT live up to 4star standards, it is small and used, however, due to the location of the hotel (in the middle... More

The hotel is maybe five years past the point at which it needed repainting and refitting, and while only about 25 mins from Zaventem airport is very difficult to locate without a sat nav. You have to trust that the directions really are correct and that once off the highway the tiny roads are on the route. However many would... More

This hotel is in an urgent need of a remodel. Everything (furniture, carpets, fixtures, windows, etc) seems to be from the 60s. You also need a compass to find some rooms. To get to some remote rooms, you need to take stairs and elevators up and down, walk long narrow corridors, turn dozens of corners. Just weird. The restaurant (for... More

I was here for a company training session. The hotel is hard to find - in the middle of a large forest, with tiny - poorly-marked - approach roads. But extremely calm and peaceful. Bedrooms are very well-finished and equipped. Bizarrely wedged into the roof timbers, with the bathroom through a narrow passage under a rafter. But quite large, and... More
