We stayed for three nights in Sophie and were very happy with our choice. The previous good reviews give a very fair picture of Camesina. Impossible to resist the glass of fizz at breakfast and the wines in the mini-bar were not only well-priced but very well chosen. La Bicyclette (a "bistro de luxe") is only a five minute walk... We stayed at Camesina for three nights and what a superb place it is. The rooms we had were large, light and airy and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were very well equipped, even down to an emery board and weighing scales! The rooms were also equipped with a kettle, coffee maker and chocolates. There was free wifi available... More

I stayed in Josepha on the 2nd floor which overlooked a quiet one-way street. Both the room and bathroom were large and well furnished in an artsy way. I really enjoyed breakfast with yogurt and fruit, different baked goodies and a nice selection of breads and local cheeses. Great hosts and very convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. Slept... The room was lovely, and breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of cheese and meats, tasty breads, and wonderful cooking, as well as freshly squeezed juice and a glass of bubbles. We stayed in Josepha, which was a lovely room, with a tree in the bathroom! Loads of character and original features throughout the house. Only shame was that... More

Very enjoyable stay. Room was lovely and full of character. Breakfast varied daily and was good, you even had the option of a glass of cava. We went as a couple and the only advice I would have is to book well in advance as the room we stayed in, Sophie, had two beds pushed together.

Camesina is a great place which we've returned to five or six times over the years. We do know Greetje en Hugo by now, which is a plus, but even when that would not have been the case, we would come back every now and then. Greetje is a lovely hostess and a great cook and Hugo the most amiable... More

All perfect! Beautiful room, very friendly, just perfect. We'll come back when we're in Antwerp. Better than most hotels we've seen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Camesina last weekend. We stayed in Aloisia, at the very top of the house and with its own little terrace - a real suntrap in the mornings. The room was full of interesting decorative touches - antique furniture and a variety of prints and pictures on the walls both in the bedroom and... More

We stayed in Josepha, one of 5 rooms in this stunningly refurbished old townhouse in a quiet part of the city. Our room was well stocked daily with fruit, bottled water, loose leaf teas, filter coffee, chocolate bars and complementary bottles of chocolate/orange liqueurs; all welcome after a hard day's sightseeing. The Harmony tram stop is near the B&B. A... More
