Great location for restaurants, bars and sight-seeing. Large minimalist bedroom, comfortable bed, small grubby bathroom with basic amenities, thin walls, tiny elevator, bedroom garbage left in hallway, basic breakfast. No evening/lunch dining. Some reception staff helpful, others not. House-keeping staff seem to work few hours. Parking in adjacent multi-storey, my sat nav had numerous one-way streets the wrong way round.

The hotel is in great location, just near the beautiful railway station. So it's good if travelling by train. The equippment was modern, room was very clean so there was nothing to complain about. There was no possibility to eat breakfast if you leave early in the morning. Very good quality for money that we've paid.

We had a good stay at this hotel. We were welcomed by Tom, who went out of his way to may us welcomed. we stayed 4 days and were pleased with our stay. The hotel was remodeled nicely but not upscale. The breakfast was a disappointment but adequate... It was a little hard to find??

The receptionist was very polite and nice. Our room was quite big and nice (but not those pretty ones you see in the pictures!). There was no toilet paper when we arrived but we requested one and it was promptly delivered. Cleaning was pretty good overall. And the beds are very comfortable. Great value for money. Situated a few minutes' walk from the rail station and just off the main shopping thoroughfare. Public car park next door. Unlike other reviewers, we found the room spotless. Large flat screen TV, spacious stylish room and huge shower. Helpful reception. Good local pub across the road.

The rooms in this Hotel are nice and spacious, lovely big Tv, tea/coffee machine etc.., Let down by the filthy toilet and the dirt under the bed!!?? Realised the cause in the morning!! The chambermaid was cleaning the rooms with one hand and talking on her mobile with the other hand!! Perhaps staff replacment would be the answer? Get staff... More
