ROOM 301 Air-Conditioning was inoperative. Heater in Bathroom was inoperative. An alternative elecetrical heater has been provided by a Receptionist. The window curtains fell down while closing them. the service was really great. our room could have used underfloor heating in the bathroom (or a larger bath floor mat)because the marble was quite cold. Also, the bathroom could have used one or two more towel bars. But it's a new hotel so hopefully some things will be added in the future. More

The Residence is well located near the centre of Antwerp, walking distance to the Mier shopping area. Rooms are sparsely furnished. Shower area is badly designed, no place to place shampoo and soaps. Rooms overlooking the front can get noisy at night. The breakfast is better than the cold spread offered at similar hotels. More
