Stayed there for 2nights. Had to have Internet for free, but for these 2days they did not fix the problems. The air condition had only cold air.... And it's a problem when you have -6 outside...
The rooms quality are good with all the facilities needed.

staying here at the moment, for a business-trip, I arrived very tired last night. Unfortunately they started hammering right next to my ear this morning at 8am, as I was hoping to still get some sleep. When I called the reception, they were very clear and unfriendly about it.

I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions.They have spent a lot of money and effort upgrading their rooms and it is a great to use as a location for a visit to the very interesting town of Antwerp. The MAS museum and gallery has received rave reviews.

Stayed at this hotel for a Conference and was pretty satisfied with the time spent there. Good breakfast, good rooms, excellent cleaning and very friendly & helpful staff. Front desk attendance was text book perfect.
Did sports and sauna - both were well equipped and good to relax and let off some steam.
The only downside was the construction work...

Stayed here twice, both times it served the point.
Rooms are not cleaned well, seemed quite outdated.
Carpets in hallway , in both floors I have stayed seemed old and quite shabby, not stained or anything just looked past their prime.
Breakfast very good, internet so so.
