This modest hotel provides very good value and is cosy, quiet and very clean. Access to many places is within a few minutes walk to the Tram. The neighborhood has a wide variety of amenities, restaurants, shopping.

Warm welcome from the couple who run the business. Despite a very narrow stairs (typicall dutch stairs??) the room and bathroom are super clean and have nice feeling about it. Good selection for breakfast.
