There isn't a better located hotel in Delft, that I could see. We stayed for 4 nights in room 020, in the Residences end of the hotel. This is a corner, ground floor room, bordered by large windows that overlook two busy pedestrian alleyways. We stayed in February, during an icy/snowy period, and the alleyway walk to the front of...

Is the hotel clean? Yes. Is the location in beautiful Delft excellent? Yes.
But for a 4-star hotel in Europe, it falls far short of the mark. At check-in the reception was friendly, but things went rapidly downhill from there. A few "highlights":
- the rooms (or at least my room) are clean but in only average condition, apparently not...

After two disastrous trips to Delft caused by a hotel just down the road, this was a refreshing change.
The staff at check-in was super helpful and even wanted to try and make a plan for an early check-in when all I wanted to do was to check that my booking was still fine (I went passed at 10am).
I...

Maybe I’m a softy and easily pleased – I rarely write poor reviews, but my wife and I were very pleased with the Museum Hotel. This was the first time we stayed here (we enjoy staying in Delft on stopovers from Schipol, but our ‘usual’ hotel (de Kok) was sacrificed to the underground train track construction project). We got a...

We stayed at this hotel during a period of severe snowfall. As other reviewers have mentioned the hotel is spread over 3 buildings. After checking in we had to walk about a block through an alley that was very icy from melted and re-frozen snow. The way to the front door of our building was on top of a slight...

I stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip. The hotel is in the very city center, conveniently near the market square with lots of restaurants around it and only a 15 min walk from the train station.
My room was located in the so called "Residence". As mentioned in the other reviews, the ongoing tunnel constructions make it...

The hotel is very centrally located in the beautiful town of Delft. It is just a few minutes from the main square. Because of current construciton of the underground, the current access to the hotel is diffricult which makes the experience of finding it and checking in a bit of a chore. Rates are reasonable. Breakfast was quite good. Rooms...

On business trip I asked for a spacy room and at 127 euro I got a corner room in the annex (it seems there is also a gallery part but I did not get options), room was small and noisy, I couldn't sleep because of the snoring next door, breakfast is served in an uninspired small dining room at the...

Have been in the Gallery part (Phoenixstraat) of the hotel several times, but decided now not to return.
All (clean) rooms are different (which kept hope alive that one day I would get a better room), but are almost all uncomfortable because of beams running everywhere. I have bumped my head too often now. Some rooms you can only enter...
