What a bad Hotelmanager. He's extremely rude to guests, questions their remarks and tries to pump up the invoices, eventhough specific arrangement was booked. Even the tourist tax was too high. The invoice says €2 pp per night, although the official tax from the city of Middelburg is €0,90 pp per night. What an arrogant crook! More
