Spotted bedbugs before I got into bed. I left. Also the Walls are paper thin, you could hear every conversation going on in the place. The Eden hotel (even though it's a little walk away on Amstel) is FAR better value, superior in every way to this plae.

after staying there for one day, i came home with multiple bed bugs around my legs, arms, and face. When i sent a email to them, they simply said that this never ever happened and that they will try to improve it next time....Also, the room was very small and dark.
