We've stayed in B&B Kamer01's Red Room for three nights. It has all the characteristics of a premium hotel room plus a great view to one of Amsterdam's central canal, and a great personalized touch that can only be achieved by Boutiques. The owners make you feel very comfortable at all times. The price is according to quality. Defintely recommended.
