It was okay to stay, but stairs are very steep like climbing Everest. Breakfast was good. I think room prices are a bit higher than this type of hotels. However It was okay to stay for two nights. Friendly staff.

The Hotel Crystal is right around the corner from Ann Frank house, and about a 7 minute walk to the tram stop. The a.m. breakfast was very tasty and plentiful for our needs. We may stay again, if needed.

If anyone would just purely like to chill out in this hotel, close enough to the town center to be able to discover all the beauties of Amsterdam from a walking distance (even at night), especially with friends, then this hotel is absolutely value for money.

Stayed here for two nights, last year. Had a good stay, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, usual dutch breaky. Shared bathroom and toilet as rooms are small. But we had no problems. overall a good place for a few nights.

For the price you pay this hotel is up there, when talking about services and interior, considering that it's cheaper than most hostels in Amsterdam. Good day I would like to comment on i was in this hotel of 21 /12/2012 until 25 /12/2012 a care street,cleaning ruin,internet not working,coffee of the morning street even had bread spoiled,bathrooms dirty,rooms without hygiene,services bad,in fact had nothing good in this hotel the note that i and 2,i am very badly this weekend that i spent

This hotel is very clean .. The only difficulty is the location you need to google where you heading or u get lost but other than that ill stay there again .. Free fast wifi and good breakfast and an outdoor place to enjoy morning coffee

Flew over to Amsterdam recently and have booked with Crystal. everything was perfect! Just as I needed, a simple single bed room where I could rest after long day of walk :) No complaints at all! Certainly would recommend!
