We spent 9 days with Carlos and we enjoyed every day. He is a wonderful chef and lots of fun to be with. His knowledge of The Netherlands is easily shared. He furnished us with care that was way beyond what we expected. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are going to Amsterdam.

We loved staying at Sunhead 1617! The breakfast were great, scrambled eggs with salmon, white asparagus, a delicious smoothie, croissants, cappuccino, everything fresh and beautifully presented. We spend 3 days prior to leaving on a river cruise at the Sunhead with friends who also stayed there.
