I recently stayed in Camping Zeeburg for 4 nights, in one of the brand new eco cabins. Overall the experience was excellent. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the campsite gate, predominantly across a bridge, to the tram stop, and then another 6 or 7 minutes on the tram to centraal station. I stayed in a 'wagonette' with my cousin in April 2012. It's a fair bit away from the city, but there are a number of tram/bus stops nearby. My only problem was that the amenity block is a bit far away from the wagonettes. Other than that, it was a cheap and enjoyable experience!

This campsite will be nice once the builders have stopped. At 7 am every morning they start their diggers and it honestly sounds like the are circling you. Nice and cheap place to stay. We stayed in tents qnd it was great. Many young people around. After 10pm everybody were quiet. Clean toilets and showers. People in front desk were helpful when we want to charge our phones. There is also small market with fresh food.
