Good location, about half an hour walk from the Train Station or a few minutes on the tram. Right on the Leidesplein so plenty of bars and restaurants (and coffee shops). No complaints except the universal two -- expensive breakfast and expensive wifi access. Other than that, this is a hotel with great rooms, superior staff, and a wonderful location. There was nothing to really write a negative about.

The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the major museums and there is a tram stop out the front. There is a nice gym and sauna. The hotel is also well priced .

We stayed for several nights in a reasonable sized room on the first floor overlooking the river. There's was heating, aircon, TV, minibar etc. The minibar has sensors on each item, we moved some things about to accommodated a carton of milk, which triggered a bill when we checked out.
