We originally arrived at the Eden Hampshire Hotel at Rembrandt Square and were informed that we were at the wrong hotel - why a city has 2 hotels of the same name within the 'Hampshire' group is a bit strange.
However once we finally got to the Eden Hampshire 'Manor' hotel we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took...

We booked The Manor through a travel agent, and were quite pleased with the hotel.
The hotel is bright and open - a former hospital I believe that was transformed into a hotel. Rooms are nicely sized and clean, and feature most amenities that you might need. We stayed in an upgraded room - complete with mini-balcony, and orange/white striped...

This is a nice hotel located just a few minutes from Amsterdam Centraal, but still far enough to avoid all the crowd and busy streets of Amsterdam. The room was very clean, good size and bed were comfortable. I'd say one the things I thought was quite strange was the windows of the bathroom with no curtains or anything, so...

All-in-all the hotel was pretty good. The room was very big. Further, the bed was good and the bathroom functional. The staff was nice and helpful, which is always good. This place is newly renovated and very modern, clean and presentable. Easy to get to by tram number 9 and friendly staff upon arrival. The room was average size for a hotel, but clean and modern for Amsterdam standards. We were 2 friends on holiday and booked twin beds. The only thing about this hotel is twin beds are 2...

Staff were helpful and polite, things were clean and we spent a happy week there taking the Tram 3 or 9 (directly in front of hotel) all over Amsterdam. Computer and...

For anyone wanting a good quality hotel outside of the main centre of Amsterdam, this is ideal, and as long as you go with a very good friend or partner, then...

We stayed at the Eden Manor for 5 nights in April. The rooms were excellent, lovely high ceilings and very modern. The staff were ++ friendly... when we wanted to change rooms after the first night, this was no problem, moved to a suite at not a great deal more than the cost of the original room. The receptionists and...
