Venlo did not seem to have an abundance of hotels for Floriade. I enjoyed it. The room was a bit aged and I had great problem with the lock on the door which lasted several days. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it was the best beds, doonas and pillows I think I've ever had in a hotel stay. Very quiet at night with the forest right next to you and the lake out front. Highly recommended. Restaurant is excellent and the hot chocolates are an experience not to be missed! More
