booked what was advertised on easytobook as a refundable stay. hotel refused to refund the money when wanted to cancel due to a flight change - not good

It was a nice stay, nice large triple room, but especially the bathroom could be cleaner! Don't like hair of former users in the bath!

Spotless room, great breakfast, friendly staff, cracking night bar with normal pub prices. Free wifi. Strongly recommended

The hotel is situated just outside the city center of Groningen, but when traveling by car this is no problem since everything is easy to reach and directions are clarified. This is a nice hotel. Rooms smaller than othre and location is awkward but we had a car and a few minutes to where we wanted to be. Quiet setting with a canal nearby and walking and biking paths. Would stay here when visiting family in the future.

This is a very nicely presented, modern hotel. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with bacon and eggs. I used a car to get to the city as it is not nearby. Considering what I paid for this hotel it is very reasonable.
