Everything in the hotel is good - location (near a tram station), proximity to eateries (good), room quality (good), staff (friendly) - but the bathrooms might be a bit small. We stayed here a couple of days. The location of the hotel is very good as public transport is very nearby. It is only three minutes walk for a tram stop. Good location near Central Train Station and convenient to tours we took in Zurich and to Lucerne and Engleberg, a mountain village. Although this was mostly a businessman's hotel the staff was helpful in giving directions to ride public transportation saving on taxi fares.

Stayed here over the last year a couple of times for business trips. It is a good hotel. Nice clean rooms, the service is good and breakfast is OK. Location wise it is good as public transport is nearby.
