Our recent stay was blighted by the poor quality service in the hotel as well as its tired interior and awful breakfast. Our sheets were not changed once in our 4 night stay and the used glasses were not replaced in the clean. Bathroom was a little disgusting. Something on the toilet seat. Hair in the bath. Carpets also looked a bit nasty.

The hotel seems to have been recently modernised. The room was clean and functional. Comfortable bed. Little noisy with the windows open, but very well soundproofed when closed. Friendly receptionists and cleaning staff. "3 star price for 4 star quality" is what the hotel proposes. If they continue to provide the service level that we experienced they will acheive this
