Great hotel, very friendly staff, good clean rooms (some smaller than others), good food (plenty of it, especially breakfast), great bar area and restaurant, all round good value for money. Only a short walk to ski lifts. Definitely recommend the Perren if you're staying in Zermatt. Will be back!
