This hotel is breathtaking. I went in winter, and we were extremely lucky to be given a huge room with our own porch... which was filled with snow. We had an absolutely amazing suite at the Astoria. Large suite, comfy bed, wrap around balcony.....the BEST breakfast in Zermatt with a wonderful Italian chef. Great staff.....close to everything. We had a group of 15 skiers spend a week at the Astoria. The employees were very helpful and personable. The food was delicious. We would definately use this hotel again.
