We have just returned from a 4 night stay in Zermatt, the hotel was excellent the welcome and the owner and staff were very friendly, it was clean we had a fabulous room with a view of the Mattterhorn and the breakfast was lovely. It is situated 10 mins walk from station/town. We would definately stay again

Just had a great stay at the Primavera in Zermatt, great value for monye, excellent location for Sunnegga lift, very friendly staff and although hotel very old, was very clean and tidy, woudl recommend and would definately stay again.

Wonderful view, clean, spacious room. (A kettle would be nice). Very nice breakfast, with good coffee and great tea selection. Free wifi works well. Friendly helpful charming staff. Quiet location and hotel, and easy walk to the main village, Sunnegga and the bus to Klein Matterhorn.

Chose this hotel as the most affordable (under $400) room left in Zermatt for a last minute visit and was not disappointed, worth it.
