Everything is highly satisfactory ranges from front desk staffs, lobby, room (though somewhat small but cozy) facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic in Zermatt - the rates are very reasonable and we requested a room with a view of the Matterhorn - outstanding!! The room was great, carved wood everywhere in the room which gave it a great cozy feel. A little bubbly on arrival was also excellent! Highly recommend this great Zermatt Hotel!!
