We were treated very well at the Hotel Monte Rosa. e came to Zermatt to climb the Matterhorn, and the staff was very friendly, gave excellent advice, and put us in a lovely room. In addition, their breakfast has been the most enjoyable of the trip. Very classy hotel!

The location, staff and services were all top notch! I traveled with 2 young children and they were very welcomed and had kid friendly menus which was a huge plus for me! Rooms were large, classy, comfortable. Food excellent. Staff very warm and friendly.
