Sweet little hotel with a great location. Walking distance from everything. Great to relax in the jacuzzi after being out all day in the freezing cold. A short scenic walk to main street, packed with good and expensive restaurants. Zermatt is beyond amazing, but bring a fat wallet.

Nice hotel, very friendly, has a good spa, not really anything negative, tip - call them and they will pick you up on their electric buggy from the station.
