Perfect hotel for ski and/or summer holliday with very friendly and helpful staff in the center of Zermatt with excellent food. Special highlights: 2 very good restaurants, very good service, excellent massage by Ruth in the hotel, ski-shoes warmer in the cellar for every guests for a perfect start on the ski-day.

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zermatt. The hotel was exactly what we hoped for and even exceeded our expectations with the breakfast. The highlight for us was being able to see the Matterhorn with the morning sun shining on it from our hotel window!
