The biggest asset of this hotel is the location on the mountains overlooking lago lugano with a great view.
Rooms need complete renovation, old fashioned, bad condition, awful smell, carpet has not been changed for 30 years (looks like it).
Staff is nice, pool is nice. Reasonable breakfast.
Price is far too high for this product.
