I have stayed at this Hotel a few times but the last time in December 2011 I notice that the service got much better and that changed the whole the atmosphere. It seems much more sophisticated without being pretentious. Outstanding service by the staff.

Stayed at Steinberger for some nights in September 2011. Beautiful area, excellent service at the hotel, friendly staff. Clean and big rooms with balconies (I had 3) - what more can you wish, except cheaper pricing ;). This is definately not for budget travellers.

Belvedere is indeed one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels in Davos, unfortunatly I stayed for only a day and could not enjoy all teh hotel has to offer. This hotel is extremely expensive. It was around $30 US for a hamburger for room service. I paid $30 at the restaurant for ravioli. The rooms are very nice, not terribly spacious, but very nice. This was our third visit to the hotel and everything is what you would expect from a five star establishment. Summer time excellent value, good food, fantastic staff,very clean and comfortable rooms.The surrounding area offers amazing walks. Local travel including ski lifts, busses, and trains are all free in the local area. Just wonderful.

We spent a "Jazz-Hiking-Week" at the Belvedere and I was impressed by the hotel, the unobtrusive, but attentive staff and the guided tours. The hotel offered single rooms without additional costs. My room sported a rainwater-shower - that and the hot tub were truly welcome after a day of hiking. The food was very good, the presentation original.

well appointed and spaciousrooms although the ones in the front of the hotel have views and those in the back do not. The most impressive aspect was the exceedingly helpful staff who made our stay most comfortable. The breakfast too was a sumptuous and delectable affair - one of the best we have ever experienced!
