We were pleased with the room and staff, along with the breakfast. The location is also very nicely situated in the heart of the old city. We used the hotel for a stopover between train connections and it served its purpose and gave us the opportunity to see the city. It was functional and we appreciated the convenience.

One of the costliest hotels considering the service. We paid around 140 Euro for twin sharing room. Near to railway station, however, if you have heavy luggage, then definitely not so easily walkable. Simple breakfast, not many options, wifi in rooms, tea/coffee round the clock (given in a room- not that great), nice open surrounding. No restaurant for dinner etc... More

-staff was friendly and spoke English very well, however that is about the extent of positivity. The rooms were not worth the price and most didn't have a bathroom in the room, the price will get you far more at other hotels there.

We stopped in Chur for an evening en route from Munich to Lucerne. We chose the Comfort Hotel as it seemed to be the best value in a very expensive town, so although it's not cheap - it's one of the cheapest in Chur. Chur isn't a tourist town, but gets lots of people passing through, as we were, and just wanted a place to stay near the train station and close to restaurants. We stayed here for one night and the hotel was in a good location, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants that may suit us. A comfortable stay.
