Spendid view from balcony just being blocked by Murren BLM from level 2. I do not know about the other side of jungfrau. But clearly Eiger Guesthouse has it what you want. A truly swiss stay with excellent view from 1600+ m above sea.

Make sure you ask for rooms facing the mountains. We stayed in room#4 which was mountain facing. You will see Jungfrau, Monch and Eiger mountains from the room.
