Excellent friendly service, clean and cosy accommodation. Dietary requirements discreetly dealt with, excellent meals. Conveniently located for the station to Kleine Scheidegg and Interlaken. Loved the view from our room facing the Eiger and the Grindelwald valley. The staff was extremely friendly and was always eager to help out. Rooms and bathrooms were not in great condition. We had a comfortable stay in the chalet part of the hotel. Rooms are well maintained and clean Buffet breakfast is good, although the place is sometimes crowded due to groups of tourists. Staff is very helpful. Good value for money. Advice: Ask a room facing the Eiger mountain, the views are stunning. More
