Good dependable consistent boutique hotel, well located for business and personal needs. Staff helpful and will personally chase up requests like extra pillows. Internet access, parking available and ok breakfast. Only negative is that with no AC, rooms can be a bit hot in summer.

We stayed here in February 2012. The hotel is clean, typical Swiss (boring) decor but a very nice staff to help you out. The rooms are fairly spaceous as well. Spent four nights there for a conference. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast selection was great and healthy. This hotel is right in the center of town. If I ever return to St Gallen, I will definitively stay there. The rooms are small, but clean and with all amenities.
