My travels take me to Neuchatel on a monthly basis and this hotel is the most comfortable and hospitable in the area. The staff are wonderful and the proximity to everything in the city is great! The rooms are 80% updated, the bathrooms are a little dated but very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay at Beaulac. More

Everything in this hotel was pretty good except the air conditioning. My kids had to sleep on the floor right under the warm air a/c. I called several times asking to fix it and all I get is "it's been fixed" eventually I had 2 pretty bad nights just for that issue More

Large rooms for Europe.. comfy beds, tasteful decor, stunning views, great location. Some of the front desk staff were not the most welcoming, but others were excellent.
