Drab, dark, old rooms with old furniture in the middle of the red light district. Room was clearly unused for some time before I arrived as it was dusty and dirty but the daily service was good thereafter.

Bad location, in the red zone of the city. African drug dealers and prostitutes outside the hotel and all along street Berne. Not safe area. Very different from Novotel, much better, it doesn't look like the same company. Smell in bathroon, yellow water some days. They don't have cleaning service on weekends! Good points: internet service.

good location, less than 5 min walk to central train station and Geneva lake, friendly reception staff, inspite of payment of the whole stay, undue money reservaton from Visa Card. it supply free ticket for all types of transportation in Geneva

Is in red light district with prostitutes outside. Felt unsafe walking to and from the front door. Front door key card took 20 attempts to make it work each time. No security in a bad area. Room is poor standard converted from poor quality apartment. Not even carpet on the floor! A complete rip-off.

OK for short trips as very central in Geneva. Furniture needs a re-furnishment as much different to regular NOVOTEL style. The Residence Studio Geneve should be intigrated in the Novotel Building Complex as side on side. Service according to the regular standard of Accor Hotels.

This is not Novotel like. Even Formula1 of the same chain is better. Location of the Residence is bad and does not feel as a safe neighbourhood. Rooms are poor, bed is bad. Room is not that clean as you should expect. Entrance of Residence is also very poor.

In all of my years of staying in hotels, this one stood out as being the worst.
