This hotel also was one of the best in our trip to Switzerland! Near railway station! And supermarket and caffes and shops were also very near! I stayed in an executive room that was clean and well appointed. The condition of the room was good. Breakfast was basic but ok. The welcome and check in was courteous and quick. It is located across from the Geneva train station and is easy to get to. It is also well located to allow access to the city centre.

This is a four star hotel located very close to Lake Geneva and the United Nations. The rooms are large and well furnished and the staff was extremely helpful during our stay. I would recommend this hotel (and would stay here again myself).

My wife and I stayed here after arriving by train. It was an excellent location and across the street from the back entrance of the train station. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Currently staying here on business and impressed with excellent stuff and thoughfulness. Was pleasantly surprised to receve a message on the answering machine from Customer Service cheching whether everything is OK an whether I need anything. as a courtesy the hotel has given free internet access and travel ticket for the whole week! would definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights in 2012. Excellent stuff. Nice rooms. Loved the pillow menu. Great idea. One of the most comfortable beds. Excellent for business, in my opinion. Breakfast needed improvement but overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
