Geneva is expensive and often you don't even get what you pay for-this is good, clean but small room, its Ok, nothing more...the fact of entering a hotel with a flight of stairs to negotiate, sets things off negatively. Room service is by Domino Pizza...no, not joking!

Small rooms, expensive breakfast, and limited amenities. If it was classified as 3 star, I would say it was OK, and you were getting what you paid for, but 4 star seems very optimistic.
