“Basic hotel, nothing fancy”

The rooms of the hotel were quite spacious but out-dated. Especially the bathroom looked quite old. There were no hygienic products in the bathroom. There were no refrigerator or minibar in the room. So the room had a bed and TV. And a leather couch!?! The breakfast was quite good, basic products and of course some gnutella. The hotel had... More

“Pricey accomodation with budget type service”

Thun is a small town and offers few accomodation places and hence the reason for it to be farely pricey. Hotel Restaurant is an older style accomodation and for 160 Swiss Francs a night, it was certainly expensive. If you can afford that much and want to just crash the night and leave the next day, then do book it,... More
