Located at the river close to the old city centre. Clean and cheap rooms/beds with a good breakfast in the morning.

I needed a bed for the night and booked the dorm with 20 beds. We had a loud American who tried to organize a party in the dorm until 11pm. Two Australians joined him but the rest were trying to sleep. They left after 11pm to search for nightlife in Bern and we had a good night sleep.
