Once again I stayed here. I got again my most prefered room and all stay really was good. Ececutive Lounge got a new touch. Only sad its closed on weekends just at 20.00 hrs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Food provided by room service was good. Only issue was internet connectivity and lack of a fitness facility. There's a pool, but only a rack of dumbels for a fitness facility.

Been staying there over 10 years. Friendly helpful staff and very convenient location next to Swiss train station. Only food not that good, jused to be much better. No problem as a lot of resturants nearby to walk to.

Excellent service, very complementing staff, overall outstanding service specially when you where missing your luggage from the airline. The free passes for the local public transportation system just reinforced the overall positive experience.

“Good Concierge & Transport links”

The Concierge was extremely helpful when my prepaid taxi did not turn up. Because the hotel is right above the train station I took a 10CHF train ride to the airport instead and was in plenty time for my flight. In fact the location of the hotel is ideal for transport and next time I will not take a taxi.
