Room with very small and quite stinking bathroom, food definitely not worth of Italy (and I am Italian). Stay away from this place, we even had to ask three times for a roll of toilet paper!
Hotel is situated in a narrow side street in the medeival town of Gubbio. Outside it is olde world charm but inside it is very clean and modern.
We paid 99€ per night over the 15th of May Festival Weekend, which i guess is not too bad (excellent festival by the way).

We were expecting a much nicer content looking at the pictures and description, we found a very unclean place, with a poor service and a very low value for money,
We were very impressed by this hotel. Old and charming in the exterior, but very clean and modern in the interior. We liked the convenient location in town also. Gubbio is a very charming little town and we really enjoyed visiting and staying at this hotel.
