We stayed at Borgo Tollena for 2 weeks in May 2012. It was beautiful, the view is stunning from every direction. Not worth the 5 stars. Service is terrible, everything you ask will cost money. Cleaning only once a week. Towels only once a week. Ok, location is perfect but the appartment is not even 3 stars. No watercooker, no toaster, few glasses. No, we won't be back.

We stayed there for 2 weeks with children. Liked it very much! We definately will come back. The rooms are nice, clean and fully equipped. The pool and the territory are clean. We stayed one week at the borgo with our litlle dog and enjoyed this week very much. The appartments were nice and very clean. The surroundings are beautifull. Walking to San G. is possible but takes about 25 minutes so a car is needed. We recommend the borgo to other travellers!

We stayed here for a wedding party. Very nice place, great location - very close to San Gimignano. Rooms are very nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast is ok but not special. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend.
