We wanted to visit Tuscany, its beautiful landscapes, its history of art, its food of course. Thanks to Tripadvisor and the positive reviews, we decided to book a week in Torraccia di Chiusi, in the proximity of San Gemignano. With our car we could visit all places around, such as Florence, Sienne and even Pisa. After a long day visiting... More

We had the pleasure of spending two nights at Torracia di Chuisi while walking part of the Via Francigena. Our route notes and maps had been dispatched here by courier, but unaccountably failed to be delivered. Perhaps the courier company had similar problems to those expressed by other reviewers regarding taxis. Throughout our stay we had the most amazing help... More

We stayed at Torraccia di Chiusi in April 2012. It was a fantastic visit and we had a huge room that had a sitting room as well. Not normal for the European places I have stayed in. Everyone there was really lovely and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The owner and his wife were both... More

We drove to this beautiful oasis after a few hectic and hot days in Rome and stayed for three nights in the "Eagle Owl" suite. It could not have been more perfect. This suite allows you ample room to spread out and relax. It has a separate living area with a couch, chair, and small TV. The windows in the... More

I stayed at Torraccia di Chiusi in January 2012. They were officially closed but they accepted my booking and opened up one section of rooms, so I had the place to myself. The room was huge and it had a sitting room as well. Everyone there was really lovely and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.... More

We chose Torracia di Chiusi as the place to spend our anniversary during our 2.5 week trip to Europe, and we weren't disappointed. It was everything you imagine for staying in a farmhouse in Tuscany. We stayed for two nights (not long enough!) in a little house right next to the main farmhouse, which was perfect for us. Our room... More

I have always wanted to visit Tuscany and I had a mental image of what to expect based on years of research - Torraccia Di Chiusi and San Gimignano brought that vision alive!!! The property is up a farm track about 4klm from San Gimignano yes its a little out of town but well worth it for the peace and... More

This place is just beautiful and was hands down the highlight of my whistlestop tour through Italy. The B&B is an old farmhouse which was refurbished over three years according to Stefan the owner. It was built on an ancient road which travelers took to get from Rome to Jerusalem and the wine cellar where they age their wine is... More

This agriturismo is at the end of a long gravel road. The bumps are small payment for the excellence found at the end of the road. The rooms are perfect with views of the beautiful Tuscan county side. The restaurant makes excellent use of the local produce. The wines produce and served here are also excellent.

What a wonderful setting for this fabulous B&B! My husband and I spent a magical evening in the kitchen with Bruno trying to learn simple Italian cooking. We learned so much and turned out a very delicious dinner for 15 guest. It was so much fun and rewarding. Torraccia Di Chiusi will be one of our favorite stops for years... More
