I thought this one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in. Excellent room, very good breakfast and superb service. Very well done to all involved. My colleague stayed at the sister hotel and that was not of the same standard.

I really don't see how this can be rated '5*'. There is no room service, minibar or tea/coffee making in the rooms. The staff are fairly efficient, but the decor is a little tired. That said, it's in an excellent location. A perfectly adequate 3/4 *, definitely not 5!

This is an alleged 5star hotel charging premium prices purely because it is in Pisa but dont expect 5 star standards or value. We stayed on the top floor in a romantic room. The room was quaint and my wife liked it. Views out of the windows were towards the hills, nice but nothing amazing. The proximity to the tower is the real appeal of this hotel, perhaps a 3 min walk and you are right there.

Amazing location moments from the Leaning tower. Very interesting building. Reasonable size room. Very clean and nicely decorated (Traditional but stylish) Great breakfast selection and a beautiful peaceful garden to eat in. Friendly and welcoming staff. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to travel to Pisa. I did not spot a nicer hotel.
