Went to Lucca for one night to see Burt Bacharach. The hotel is fine, the man on reception went out his way to be friendly, everywhere is clean, the breakfast was good. The walk to town is about 10 minutes. Top marks for an good hotel.

This hotel is 3-star and has concentrated and mostly caters for business but is a perfect choice for anyone. Nothing over-the-top but excellent in what matters such as good beds, dark-out blinds, quiet and decent bathroom. Would go again as it is also very well situated close to the old part of Lucca. Opposite side of town to the train station BUT, 10 min walk to the walls and all of the shopping and attractions. Spend the 10 euros on a taxi from the station you tight gits and enjoy this modern (for Italy) hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Swimming pool was wonderfull in may.
