A little difficult to find (GPS does not do it!) in a city of small, narrow streets, but once there it was an enjoyable stay in a beautiful, small hotel. Would not hestitate to return ... in fact we are already planning a return trip.

We arrived in Lucca by train and walked to the hotel.  It is fairly easy and flat walk.. Lovely hotel in the middle of this lovely medieval town. Would recommend coming to town by train rather than car as the medieval streets are very narrow and confusing. Our window overlooked a narrow side street. Very noisy garbage collection outside very early in the morning. Vincenzo was very friendly and informative. His dinner recommendations were great.

Our family spent two nights here and found the hotel to be simply delightful. Jacuzzi tubs were a surprise after a long day walking and biking and the ambiance of the frescoed rooms was peaceful and serene.
