Our most disappointing B&B experience - the owner is trying to run this while concentrating on another job. Greeted with criticism for not being more precise about our arrival time from the airport, he then tried to refuse use of the kitchen which he had advertised as available to guests. We picked this b&b from a list at the Fiesole Tourist Information centre. You are essentially staying someone's house but it wasn't intrusive. My partner and I stayed here when our original accommodation was unavailable. The room was clean as was the bathroom. However... the guy advertises that he speaks English.
